Miss-Chief + The Makers = Massive Fun

Miss-Chief and The Makers

I've just finished the first two shows stepping in with the brilliant Claire, Lewis and Aaron, aka Miss-Chief and The Makers and, wow, they have been a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to the third and final show next Saturday.

Based in the Salisbury area this four-piece band plays a great mix of classic and modern party tunes which gets everybody up on their feet right from the beginning. The first show was a wedding, the last show will be a private party but the second show on Easter Sunday was a promotional jolly at The Old Ale and Coffee House in Salisbury and it was an absolute blast, it's great to play a gig with the audience right in your face, singing and dancing.

As the dep bass player there were some new songs to add to my repertoire:

  • Never Forget You – Noisettes
  • Big Bad Handsome Man – Imelda May
  • Ex’s and Oh’s – Elle King
  • Raise Your Glass - Pink
  • Good For You – Olivia Rodrigo
  • Maria - Blondie
  • Don’t Start Now – Dua Lipa
  • Still Into You – Paramour
  • Hot ‘n’ Cold – Katy Perry

And a few new takes on some old ones :)

I also got some audience videos from the evening which I'm starting to process and will shortly add to my channels.
