Working my way through the decades a group of us setup The Modern Fix: a stylish, four-piece male-fronted band playing a heavier mix of indie rock by bands such as The Killers, Razorlight and The Fratellis. Featuring Mark Robinson (guitars), Ian Fellows (drums) and James Hollings (vocals) the band was quickly signed up by Alive Network in 2008 as one of their managed acts and would go on to great success. However, I chose to leave not long after joining Alive Network so that I could develop The Live Karaoke Band, but I'm still incredibly proud of what that band achieved.
